Making for ever-the-attractive family, Kim and Kourtney Kardashian took a well-dressed Mason Disick out on Fifth Avenue in New York City on Thursday (September 9).

The E! reality siblings both looked gorgeous as they imbibed on a shopping trip after spending the previous day meeting realtors about properties for a new Big Apple Dash boutique.

During the course of her afternoon NYC outing - which included a salon visit - Kim tweeted, “It feels so good to go back to black nails. I just feel edgier! In the mood for something other than french tip or baby pink!”

Surprisingly having a tough time catching a ride following the pampering session, Miss Kardashian wrote, “trying to get a cab in paper nail salon flip flops…not looking good! These are about to fall apart and I need to walk another block!”

Not letting her latest legal woes slow her down, Britney Spears was spotted out and about in Los Angeles, California on Thursday afternoon (September 9).

Joined by her trusty bodyguard and assistant, the “Gimme More” singer grabbed up lunch at a local eatery as she went about the day’s business.

As previously reported by GossipCenter, Miss Spears made headlines yesterday after a former bodyguard named Fernando Flores filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against Brit Brit for allegedly causing emothinal distraught after exposing herself to him.

Of the situation, legal expert Michael Bononi tells MTV News, “What he’s gonna have to show in making these allegations is that he was subjected to a hostile work environment, and it’s gonna have to be hostile in two ways: one, that a reasonable person similarly situated would have been offended by the conduct and secondly that he was actually offended by the conduct.”

Bononi adds, “What courts and what juries look [for] is: Did he act consistently with the way you would expect someone to act who was actually offended by this type of conduct? In other words, did he make complaints? Did he tell her to stop? Did he talk to his friends and colleagues? Is there corroboration that at the time this was happening it was actually bothering him, and are people going to come forward and be able to testify that at the time this stuff was transpiring, he was talking to them about it, talking about how offended if, at all, he was?”

Found guilty of a misdemeanor charge, the “Jersey Shore” star was dubbed as “rude, profane, obnoxious and self-indulgent” while getting a $500 fine and community service hours.

Since that time, Snooki issued an apology for her behavior while also criticizing Judge Damian G. Murray for comparing her to Lindsay Lohan.

Of the LiLo comparison, Miss Polizzi tells, “I definitely thought it was harsh. I never drank and drove, I don’t do drugs – I do nothing that Lindsay does, so it was definitely a little overboard.”

Nonetheless, Snooki’s glad to be moving past her drunken beach display, as she tells, “I’m just really happy that it’s over and that the criminal charge was dismissed because that was just insane. I was really nervous about it.”

“I’m just really happy it’s over,” Nicole adds. “That was crazy for me.”

Gearing up for a new album just in time for the holidays, Josh Groban has released the first song off of his upcoming disc titled Illuminations.

Produced by Rick Rubin, the 29-year-old singer’s debut tune “Hidden Away” gives a taste of what’s to come when the full album finds release this November.

Hoping to get a warm reception from his many dedicated fans and new listeners, as well, Groban sent out a little message with his “Hidden Away” release.

He writes, “I am very excited for everyone to hear my single, Hidden Away! This is the opening track off my new album, Illuminations, coming in November. After so many months of work, I can’t wait to finally share this music with all of you. Look for more updates coming soon!”
