Joined by Hilary’s fiancee Mike Comrie, the trio dined at 44 1/2 restaurant after Haylie’s opening-night performance in off-Broadway’s “Love, Loss, and What I Wore”.

Tweeting about the gig earlier in the day, Haylie wrote, “its opening night of ‘love loss’ and i’m so happy that nick, my mom, hilly and mike,her fiance! are here to support me. im a lucky girl.”

As for the show, it’s produced by Nora and Delia Ephron, with Haylie just having jumped into a rotating cast which performs in four-week cycles.

Stepping out for the day’s errands, Rachel Bilson was spotted making her way around Los Feliz, California on Thursday (July 1).

Looking her usual darling self, the “Jumper” cuties did her best to ignore paparazzi as she headed off to a local market to load up on household needs.

Meanwhile, it was recently reported that Miss Bilson has handpicked three handbags from Coach’s latest line to benefit The Art Of Elysium.

With a portion of proceeds from every bag purchased going to the charitable cause, Bilson’s rep tells People magazine, “She looked over the selection of bags and decided which bags she would own herself, as well as the practicality of each bag for an appropriate time of day.”

Landing quite the career-boosting role, it’s being reported that Andrew Garfield will be the next Spider-Man.

Taking over for Tobey Maguire, who backed out of the hit series after three films, Garfield assumes the role while trying to become a big time star at the young age of 26-years-old.

To be directed by Marc Webb, production will begin at the end of 2010 with a slated release date of July 3, 2012.

Of choosing Mr Garfield, Webb told press, “Though his name may be new to many, those who know this young actor’s work understand his extraordinary talents. He has a rare combination of intelligence, wit, and humanity.”

Clearly being given a message not to ride, Dean McDermott has been hospitalized after his second motorcycle accident in the past year.

The husband of Tori Spelling is in the ICU in a Los Angeles area hospital after being injured in a dirt biking incident taking place on Tuesday, June 29th.

According to breaking reports, McDermott, 43, suffered a punctured and collapsed lung after losing control of his bike.

Commenting on the matter, Miss Spelling told Access Hollywood, “He’s expected to make a full recovery. [He] will remain in ICU for a few more days.”
